I feel the need to blog about this and let me know what you think, but today I was sitting in my World Religions class taking part in a discussion about Islam religion. Now it was discussed how Islam became a religion and how Muhammad became a bit mental. It was asked did the mental illness cause the creativity that helped Muhammad dictate a book or was it the creativity that caused the mental illness. Anyways my Professor continues on to speak about how recently he had a conversation with someone who did not believe in creativity. At this moment some jerk sitting in front of me says, "Was it a Graphic Designer?!" Uh HELLO!!!! I don't know where your getting this from, but I like to believe that I have just as much creativity in me compared to any artist out there. My question to everyone is do you even consider that Graphic Design is not an art? If so why are why not. This IS an on going battle between the majors at my school, but really who gets to decide that?

Ch__ch whats missing? UR!

This is my first blog, I have intended to write about artistic encounters that occur to me on a daily basis. I still fully intend on it, but at the moment I am having some sort of writer's block. The only thing I can think of that has caught my eye today is I was driving by a church and it said something along the lines of, "don't like church, try one of our Sundays." Its quite intriguing to me that now days people will do anything to draw people in, promoting could be a more professional way of putting it. Even if it means being some sort of cheesy, because let's admit that's probably one of the most cheesiest lines I have ever heard. I will continue this thought..right now I'm going to re-think this a little.
